Your Role:
Mears Auto Group is looking for a Marketing Apprentice who wants hands-on experience in content creation, branding, social media, events, and the everyday chaos of marketing.
This role looks different every day. Mears Auto Group is growing fast, and we need someone who can jump in, learn quickly, and help with the work that keeps the brand moving forward.
It is hands-on, fast-paced, and made for someone who wants to learn marketing in real time.
You do not need years of experience, but you do need initiative, strong communication, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Photograph and film vehicles, events, and dealership culture content
- Help edit reels, short-form videos, graphics, and marketing materials
- Assist with social media management and scheduling
- Help update website and blog content
- Assist with dealership events and community involvement
- Run occasional marketing-related errands and assist with day-to-day projects
- Collaborate on creative ideas and branding initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative mindset with an eye for content and branding
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Comfortable being on camera occasionally
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and dependable
- Willingness to learn marketing, content creation, and branding strategy
Bonus Skills, Not Required:
- Photography or videography experience
- Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe experience
- Social media content creation
- Graphic design experience

Requirements:
