Sales Associate

Mears Mazda Volvo is looking for a self motivated individual to sell new and pre-owned autos. Experience a plus, but not necessary. We provide some of the industry's finest training!



We offer a 5 day work week, Salary and Commission based pay plans, and up to 50% commission!  We're an established, family owned and operated dealership for over 40 years. We take pride in our employees and treat them like family, so no need to worry about the corporate hassles!
 


Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls & email
• Gathering market and customer information
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
 
Requirements:
• Professional dress
• Good driving record required
• May have to pass a drug screening
