- Q. What's my interest rate?
- A. You must qualify for your Interest rate. There are several factors to determine what rate you will receive. Some of the factors are: vehicle, credit, job, income, residence status, term of the loan, and many more.
- Q: How much is the extended warranty?
- A: Warranties much like the interest rate is determined by the vehicle you are purchasing, the miles, and equipment on the vehicle.
- Q: Who determines my Interest rate?
- A: The bank determines your rate. They use many factors to decide what rate you will receive. But the bank decides your rate, not the dealership.
- Q: How long can I finance my vehicle?
- A: Standard finance terms are 60 months. A customers credit, job, residence and down payment and the vehicle can allow you to get extended terms of 72 months.
- Q: Do I need to come to the dealership to sign paperwork?
- A: Yes, like any large purchase, there are several forms you will need to sign. Also this allows us to cover all parts of the paperwork so you fully understand the whole car purchase.
- Q: How long does it take to buy a car?
- A: We have a large selection of Inventory along with great stuff on hand to assist with your vehicle purchase. We can generally do this in about an hour. There are some instances that take longer in making sure you get the car you want.
- Q: What do I need to bring with me when come to purchase my vehicle?
- 1. All people involved in the transaction
- 2. Your trade and trade title
- 3. Drivers license
- 4. Insurance card
- 5. Pay stub (dated within 30 days of purchase date.
- 6. Proof of residence
- 7. two (2) personal references
- 8. A SMILE!!!!! :)
- Q: When can I take my new car home?
- A: Immediately after signing all the paperwork and bringing in the required documents the vehicle is yours to take and enjoy!
- Q: Is there any other paperwork that I need to do?
- A: No, if you live in Texas we will do all the title work and get your license plates. We will call you in about 7-10 days to come pick up your plates. Some instances, out of our control will take longer than the standard 7-10 days.
- If you live outside the state of Texas, (like New Mexico) you will need to go by your local Tag agency and complete your state paperwork, and pick up your plates.
- Q: Where do I make my 1st payment?
- A: Your payments will go to the finance company on the paperwork not to the dealership. The 1st payment is usually 45 days after signing the paperwork. The finance company will send you a statement letting you know where to mail your payment. You will also give the finance company to your insurance carrier as the lienholder on your financed vehicle.
